NHS Prescriptions are redeemable within any of our 7 nationwide Aderans Trendco salons. Before visiting us, you are welcome to browse our products below to get an idea of what type of style or colour you are looking for, however our experienced and professional consultants will be on hand to guide you during your appointment.
If you require a wig or hairpiece for medical reasons, we offer a free consultation. You’ll receive professional and friendly advice and aftercare guidance tailored to your specific needs, to assist you in selecting the right solution for you. We will also, where necessary, customise or adjust your chosen product to suit your individual style.
We can offer maintenance appointments to support you with keeping your product in the best shape and to give you the attention and care you deserve.
Depending on your choice of style and conditions of your prescription, there may be a top up fee required, this is because the prescription usually has a limited upper value.
You may also be eligible for VAT Relief on certain products, however your consultant will assist you with the process of completing a simple declaration form during your visit.
To obtain your NHS prescription, contact your local hospital. They can help with any questions you may have. While many trusts have pre-approved local suppliers, you can usually choose your preferred supplier if you have one.
Please note that regional NHS provision varies, therefore please ensure you speak to your local NHS trust for accurate information on presciption value, cost and where you can use your prescription.
