Payments

We accept the following payment methods as well as Delta, Electron, Eurocard and Discover:

Payment in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order.

Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email stating that your order is confirmed. If you do not receive this email, this means that your payment was not successful and you will either need to re-order or call us on 01273 774977 to place your order by telephone.

If you are returning an item for a refund, you will receive an email stating that your order has been cancelled. This means that the refund has been processed.
